The Programme Controls function at Crossrail involves several integrated specialist function teams working together to establish and maintain the performance baseline, maintain the integrity and allow the interrogation of performance data to aid decision making, and to manage risk, opportunities and issues to protect programme outcomes.  As a result, key processes and deliverables often involve various departments working together.

This learning legacy topic area has been set aside to capture these examples, along with the lessons learned. Whilst content is still being developed, this may include:
