Jaimie Blagg is the Schedule Risk Lead at Crossrail.  He is responsible for the development and execution of all quantitative schedule risk analysis on all aspects of the Crossrail Programme, including the development & communication of best practices for schedule quality, input analysis and schedule modelling guidelines.  Jaimie started his career in mechanical engineering and has moved into the delivery of large infrastructure projects & programme, including Heathrow Terminal 2.  Throughout his career Jaimie has gained and developed considerable programme controls, risk and planning skills giving him a specialist skillset that he has applied at Crossrail since January 2013.
