Crossrail has implemented processes and procedures to streamline the recruitment of the integrated team. A learning legacy paper on Recruiting for an Integrated Team reviews Crossrail’s approach to working with multiple partners to secure the right person for the right role.

This process is outlined in the People Strategy paper. Crossrail was required to plan for and manage organisational change throughout the project lifecycle. With staff from different employers subject to different processes, Crossrail implemented processes to manage change and secure the right person for the right job.
