    The Development Pipeline Study was commissioned to identify major planning activity around stations and establish a baseline for future work to understand the role the line plays in supporting and enhancing growth and regeneration across London and the South East. It will be of interest to major project sponsor and client organisations wishing to demonstrate the regeneration benefits of a scheme.
