Malcolm is the Systems Integration and Configuration Lead at Crossrail. A Systems Engineering manager with considerable programme management experience. He spent over 20 years in the defence industry with a range of experience in systems engineering, testing and commissioning, programme management, line management, support engineering and large systems integration. He has spent the last 20 years in the rail sector leading systems integration teams on complex projects such as LUL Connect, Thameslink and HS2. He is the President-Elect of INCOSE UK the professional engineering institution for Systems Engineering in the UK.
In 2019, Malcolm was appointed to lead the team responsible for the systems integration and configuration management on the Crossrail programme. Accountable for the development of Systems Descriptions and robust configuration and change management processes.
