Sandi Arthur is the HR Manager for the Crossrail Project Delivery Partner (PDP).

Sandi heads up the PDP HR team for the Crossrail partner organisations Bechtel, Halcrow and SYSTRA; she is responsible for Generalist HR Operations and Strategy.

Working together with Crossrail’s Talent and Resources team, PDP HR manages the staffing for PDP positions on the project and shares knowledge on people management techniques as well as employee development initiatives. In addition PDP HR actively supports the change management requirements of the annually revised project business plan.

Sandi is employed by Bechtel, the lead partner organization on project and has over 20 years of HR experience. Sandi joined Crossrail in April 2015.
